Login using your Freshtel internet phone number and password.
Once logged in, select My People.
Click Update A Person On My Account.
Select the person you wish to update.
Scroll down to Freshtel internet phone softphone status.
Change voicemail settings as desired, generally to Redirect to Voicemail. You can set your Voicemail to react differently depending on whether you’re offline or on another call.

Change voicemail settings to Redirect to a Number. You can set your Voicemail to react differently depending on whether you’re offline or on another call.
Enter the number you wish to redirect to, for example 0400 123 456 will redirect to an Australian mobile number. You can also redirect to another Freshtel number.
Redirection to another Freshtel number is completely free. Redirection to a landline or mobile number will result in both you and the caller being charged normal call rates.
